01What Kyndsy is
Kyndsy is a self-improvement tool. It measures observable features of speech and shows them back to you. It is not a medical, psychological, diagnostic or forensic instrument, it does not assess anyone’s character, and its output must not be used to make decisions about another person.
02Using it responsibly
You may use Kyndsy only on your own speech, on a device you control. Recording or analysing other people, or using the app where recording is restricted by local law, is your responsibility and not permitted by these terms.
03Accuracy
Speech recognition and speaker matching are probabilistic and will sometimes be wrong. Confidence is shown with every event and low-confidence events are excluded from the index. Do not treat the numbers as proof of anything.
04Subscription
Kyndsy Plus is a recurring subscription billed through your App Store or Google Play account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. AI comments — on a coaching attempt, your voice, your conversations, the trainer or an evening reflection — are free for subscribers within reasonable limits; beyond them and without a subscription, each is bought separately. In-depth AI reviews — a test analysis, a letter about the month, a map of the quarter — are included in the subscription in the number shown in the app; beyond it and without a subscription they are bought separately.
05Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.

07Partner programme
Anyone may become a partner. Commission is earned on purchases made by other people who came through your personal link and is confirmed by the store receipt; it becomes payable after the refund window and is paid from the threshold shown in your dashboard. Self-referral, spam, misleading claims about Kyndsy and bidding on our brand in ads end the participation and cancel the unpaid balance. We may change the rates and the threshold for the future; what has already been earned is not recalculated.
08One-off purchases
Some things are bought once and never renew: a day pass that lifts the daily limit for 24 hours, a streak repair covering one to seven missed days, test packs, a single test of your choice, a long AI analysis, and an AI comment. They are charged through your App Store or Google Play account, they are not part of Kyndsy Plus and they cost nothing further. A day pass runs for 24 hours from the moment of purchase, not until midnight. Refunds for one-off purchases are handled by the store under its own rules.
